Marlene is the Director of the Workshop division of Market Enginuity, a firm devoted to maximizing underwriting revenue for local public radio and television stations. Marlene serves as the coordinator of DEI's corporate support advisor team.

A seven-year veteran of the development department at Oregon Public Broadcasting (OPB), Marlene started her career in public broadcasting at OPB as a Corporate Support Representative and progressed to leading a team of eight as Director of Corporate and Foundation Support, with oversight of both local and national corporate and foundation production and broadcast support. Prior to public broadcasting, Marlene was a Sales Representative in the managed health care industry for nine years.

Marlene has been involved in PBS's Corporate Support Performance Initiative (CSPI) as a member of the Station Advisory Group, as a trainer and as a program developer.   Given her past experience at a joint licensee, Marlene is a good person to call with Corporate Support questions on either the TV or Radio side.
